Weddings & Events
About Kristen
I have worked in the wedding industry for over fifteen years—first as a photographer and, for the past decade, as a day-of coordinator. Alongside weddings, I’ve had the privilege of planning and producing a wide range of events, including fundraisers, curated art auctions, and deeply personal celebrations of life.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to honoring and bringing to life the unique visions of others—transforming ideas, emotions, and stories into meaningful, unforgettable experiences. I never take lightly the responsibility of being a trusted presence on some of the most important days in people’s lives. Each event carries its own weight, history, and heart, and it is an honor to be entrusted with that.

Over the years, this work has given me far more than a career. It has allowed me to witness profound moments of love, connection, and remembrance, and to form lasting friendships with truly incredible people along the way. I am endlessly grateful for the memories I’ve helped create and for the communities I’ve become part of through this work.
I hope to continue doing what has been such a gift and a blessing in my life—serving others with care, intention, and love.

All my love.

The Small Details
There is such beauty in getting to know each client through their details, whether simple or intricate. The entire experience is a unique and personal window into someone’s soul—something I never take lightly. I have always said throughout my work that event planning, especially wedding planning, is the highest form of hospitality.
You must be able to read the room and the environment and adjust accordingly. Some clients, couples, families, or brides need humor throughout the day to ease their nerves. Others are all business and prefer direct communication and efficiency. Some need space; others want constant reassurance that they are fully taken care of.
Event planning is not just a profession. To me, it is an art.
